Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date you placed your order with us.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice that you wish to cancel the order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

We will refund or replace any item that is "dead on arrival" (DOA). You have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us that the item is DOA. We reserve the right to test any DOA return and impose a customer fee equal to 45 percent of the purchase price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

We do not guarantee our products for any specific use and will not accept returns citing this reason.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods damaged by customer misuse or tampering.

  • Goods with missing parts or missing packaging.

  • Goods which are functioning correctly, but do not meet your intended use case.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
